Finocket for Food & Pharma Manufacturers
Cost every batch from its formula, and keep your books and GST data in one place.
Finocket gives a small food, nutraceutical, AYUSH or pharma formulation unit its recipe and formula costing, production runs, work orders, HSN summaries and double-entry books in one place. It does not replace your GMP or quality records.

Modules for food and pharma manufacturers
Recipe and formula BOM with costing
Write each product's recipe or formula as a bill of materials, including packing material, and see what one carton, jar or strip costs.
Production runs through work centres
Route a production run through mixing, filling and packing stages with labour cost per step, and book finished goods at the rolled-up cost.
Work orders with a WIP ledger
Plan a work order, book each stage and close it into finished stock. Work in progress nets to zero when it closes.
Capacity by work centre
See the load on each work centre from open work orders before you commit a delivery date.
Batch number on the invoice line
Record a batch or lot number against each line of the distributor invoice. A production run creates a batch only where the manufacturing v3 setting is switched on (off by default).
HSN-wise summary for GSTR-1
Get the HSN-wise summary across your product lines for GSTR-1, using the HSN and rate you set on each item.
Export invoices under LUT
Raise export invoices under a Letter of Undertaking in foreign currency.
Challans and e-way bill details
Send material to a packer or converter on a delivery challan, and keep e-way bill, vehicle and transporter details on the document.

What is not built yet
- HR, attendance, contract-labour wages, PF/ESI and payroll: these are in ashr.work, not Finocket
- GMP, eBMR, Schedule M or Schedule T records, deviations, CAPA and validation
- A quality system for batch release (a hold, release and reject register with its history exists only where the manufacturing v3 setting is switched on, off by default, and is not a quality system)
- Batches created from a production run with manufacturing dates (a run can carry a batch number and an optional expiry or best-before date only where the manufacturing v3 setting is switched on)
- Automatic forward and backward batch trace and recall reporting (a typed raw-lot record and a mock trace exist only where the manufacturing v3 setting is switched on; neither is a recall system)
- Schedule H2 QR codes or pack serialisation
- Allergen, ingredient and nutrition label printing and checks (the pack adds fields on items for ingredients, allergens and nutrition per 100 g, which you fill in)
- A licence register for FSSAI, drug, AYUSH or LMPC licences, and FSSAI annual return help
- DPCO ceiling-price checks and Legal Metrology declaration checks (the pack adds net quantity and MRP fields on items, and does not validate them)
- EPR plastic packaging returns
- Filing ITC-04 (Finocket prepares the rows as a CSV only where the manufacturing v3 setting is switched on; your CA checks them and files on the GST portal)
