Rooms, room types and beds
Built, behind a switch that is off by default. Room types with occupancy and declared tariff, rooms by floor, and beds for dorms and PGs.
Rate plans and seasons
Built, behind a switch that is off by default. EP, CP, MAP and AP plans, weekday and weekend rates, and date-range overrides on the existing price lists.
Reservations and room board
Built, behind a switch that is off by default. Walk-in, phone and direct bookings, an advance as a payment, and double booking refused by the database.
Check-in and guest register
Built, behind a switch that is off by default. ID capture to a private store, a foreign-guest record, and a Form III due tracker. Filing on the FRRO portal stays with you.
Guest folio and checkout
Built, behind a switch that is off by default. A folio as a draft invoice for the stay, with laundry, minibar and food lines. Today a stay can be billed as an ordinary GST invoice.
Room GST per night
Built, behind a switch that is off by default. Each night as its own line, banded by the value per unit per day, after a CA signs off the rules. GST returns from your invoices work today.
PG rent roll and deposits
Recurring monthly invoices, deposits and WhatsApp reminders work today. Residents, beds, notice and vacate are built, behind a switch that is off by default.
Housekeeping room status
Built, behind a switch that is off by default. Vacant clean, vacant dirty, occupied and out of order, flipped on checkout, on a phone screen.

- Housekeeping status and maintenance blocks (built, behind a switch that is off by default)
- OTA channel manager sync (not built; a partner integration is a later decision)
- Booking engine or hotel website
- Form C filing on the FRRO portal: Finocket tracks the due date and you mark it filed; it never files
- Revenue management and hourly stays
- In-house restaurant billing: that is the restaurants pack
- Attendance, shifts and payroll runs: these belong to ashr.work
