Modules for wholesale traders and exporters

Export and commercial invoice

An invoice layout with INCOTERM, IEC, ports of loading and discharge, country of origin, packages and gross weight.

Shipping bill number and date

Record the shipping bill number and date on each export invoice so your documents line up with customs.

Bill of lading

Keep the bill of lading or airway bill number with the invoice it belongs to.

Container and vessel

Container number and vessel or flight number on the invoice, for the buyer and your forwarder.

Marks and numbers

Marks and numbers on each invoice line, matching what is stencilled on the cartons.

ITC-HS code

Export incentive scheme

Note whether a shipment went out under RoDTEP, duty drawback, both or neither.
